GameMaker primarily runs games that use 2D graphics, allowing the use of limited 3D graphics. This is a perfect engine to practice developing a perfect game with game logics.

And YEP! This is my all time favorite game engine so far. This is the easiest game engine for me and might be for you as well too. The expressions and non complicated commands and flow of game development process made this engine a "Good choice for both Professionals and Beginners". It can do drop and drag actions and events, you can drag your images and musics to the screen and will automatically upload them on your project folders tabs. The Good thing about this engine is, you can make games for IOS and Android, and also to other specific platforms such as Black berry, Windows 8 and more.
